Each bookmaker is scored 0–10 on four components and combined via a fixed weighted formula. Gubbing Risk and Reload Value carry the most weight (3× each); Welcome Offer and Reliability carry the least (2× each). The composite is rounded to a 0–100 GVI score and assigned an A+ to F letter grade.
Three of the four components (welcome offer, reload, gubbing) are computed from data we already collect — public offer scrapes and anonymised member reports. Reliability is a manually-reviewed rubric updated quarterly.
