Learn what profit boost tokens are and how to use them effectively.
Some bookmakers give a one-time token that increases the odds (sometimes called a winnings boost or odds boost). You add your selection, apply the token in the betslip, and the back odds jump for that bet. Higher back odds make it easier to create a small instant profit when you back at the bookmaker and lay at the exchange.
When the bookmaker applies the boost for you in the betslip (you’ll see the new price highlighted), treat it like a standard back-and-lay. Use the boosted decimal odds as your Back Odds in the calculator, and use the current exchange Lay Odds (include your commission).
• Find a boost on a popular event.
• Confirm there’s a matching lay market with enough liquidity.
• Apply the token (or calculate the boosted odds using the formula above).
• Enter numbers into your calculator and check the expected profit/qualifier.
• Place the back bet, then the lay bet.
Max stake for the token, eligible markets (singles or accas), expiry time, in-play restrictions, and whether cash-out voids eligibility. If it’s an acca-only token, make sure you can lay the acca (e.g., via an exchange multiple) before you commit.
