How 0-0 draw refund offers work and how to use them with back-and-lay betting.
In selected football matches, bookmakers refund losing bets if the game ends 0-0. The refund may be cash or a free bet (stake-not-returned, SNR). You qualify by placing a pre-match bet on specified markets (for example, Correct Score, Half-Time/Full-Time or Scorecast) and then laying the same selection on the exchange.

• Pre-match only unless stated.
• Qualifying markets typically include Correct Score, Half-Time/Full-Time and Scorecast; some operators vary.
• Refund type and cap: cash or free bet, usually up to a stated maximum.
• No cash-out; standard settlement on 90 minutes only unless specifically noted.
1) Choose an eligible match and market with tight back/lay prices.
2) Back the selection at the bookmaker.
3) Lay the same selection on the exchange (include commission in your calculator).
4) If the match ends 0-0 and your back bet loses, you receive the refund. If the match does not finish 0-0, your result is the small planned qualifying loss.
• Bet365: Pre-match bets on Correct Score, Half-Time/Full-Time or Scorecast for any football match are eligible. If the match finishes 0-0, losing bets on these markets are refunded as cash (withdrawable).
